PREMESSA - REGOLAMENTO E PRATICHE
Nei giorni scorsi si è registrato nelle bacheche di alcuni utenti di Lastfm un increscioso susseguirsi di frasi offensive e pericolose. Trattasi di attacchi offensivi diretti alla dignità della persona, dei popoli, della storia, della Pace. Non c’è solo intolleranza e razzismo, ma anche esplicita propaganda politica.
Molti degli autori di queste massime sfoggiano sulle loro pagine simboli nazifascisti e sono iscritti a gruppi all'interno di Lastfm in cui si fa apertamente apologia nazifascista illegale in italia e molti altri stati.Più volte è stata denunciata la cosa a Lfm, ma, dopo un prolungato silenzio, alcuni moderatori si sono limitati a dire che secondo loro non c’erano le condizioni per intervenire, tant’è che nulla è cambiato. “Tutto in regola” quindi!
Eppure le condizioni ci sono, visto che il regolamento parla chiaro:

Si tratta di categorie altisonanti ma vaghe, se non permettono alla redazione di agire contro chi offende "etnicamente o culturalmente", chi pubblica materiale osceno, chi inneggia a ideologie razziste e guerrafondaie, chi semina l'odio. Un interrogativo riguarda gli aggettivi "profane" e "indecent" nel suddetto articolo: di cosa stiamo parlando? Vale la pena scendere nello specifico, altrimenti questo articolo lascia il tempo che trova ed è inapplicabile (si è visto infatti come la redazione tolleri di tutto). Vale la pena stabilire un limite tra la goliardia e il materiale che "promuove violenza e odio razziale", o quantomeno che la redazione si dimostri sensibile al malcontento giustificatissimo da parte di alcuni utenti (abbonati o meno). La redazione deve dimostrare buona volontà per risolvere questo imbarazzante precedente.

In virtù dell'incongruenza tra il citato regolamento e le pratiche operate da numerosi utenti CHIEDIAMO, con la presente petizione:
1- che sul regolamento di questo social network venga esplicitato (in linea con le legislazioni dei paesi cosiddetti "civilizzati") che sono da ritenersi OFFENSIVI anche contenuti e simbologie riferiti a ideologie nazifasciste. Sono infatti allarmanti e profondamente diseducative la superficialità e l’indifferenza con cui vengono accolte e rispettate simili nefandezze all’interno di uno spazio di diffusione e di importante scambio culturale, come se non si tenesse nemmeno conto del largo utilizzo giovanile del presente mezzo, che, proprio per questo, merita seria protezione da ogni forma di abuso biecamente propagandistico e strumentale.
2- che siano puniti coloro che non osservano tale regolamento
